At The RiverLane, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
